School Bell Times
Playground supervision at 8:45am
School begins at 9:00am
Recess at 11am - 11:30am
Lunch at 1:15pm - 2:00pm
School finishes at 3:00pm
Morning procedures
Children should arrive at school from 8.30am. A teacher is on playground duty from 8:45am. Once the bell rings, children should gather into their class lines under the COLA.
Afternoon procedures
Children are dismissed from their classroom promptly at 3pm. A teacher will be on duty from this time. Children who have not been collected by 3:05pm will wait with the duty teacher on the verandah near the steps (closest to Chestnut Avenue). Parents/carers who may be delayed in arriving at the school, are asked to telephone the school prior to 2:45pm so that the class teacher and duty teacher can be informed prior to the bell. After 3:30pm the school is required to enquire about alternate arrangements.
Please be aware that playground areas are not open to children in the afternoons.
