Schools as Community Centre (SaCC)
Our Schools as Community Centre (SaCC) is an initiative to support families in the local school community to enhance the early learning and wellbeing of children from birth to 8 years of age.
SaCC Programs
The SaCC at Telopea Public School runs a number of free community programs throughout the week. These include:
- Sing, Rhyme & Storytime
- Supported Playgroup
- Baby Play & Connect
- Breakfast Club
A variety of other programs run throughout the school year, often supported by NSW Health and other local agencies. These may include parenting courses, transition to school support, first aid certificates, new parenting groups and health screening.
